The hotel day

begins from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and lasts until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

If you arrive earlier, be sure to ask at the reception about the possibility of getting a room earlier. We will make it available to you as soon as it is ready.

Entry to the car park and parking

To enter the car park at the facility, you must collect a ticket from the machine at the barrier. Then the barrier will open automatically. The ticket is valid for 30 minutes, so we invite you to the reception with the ticket to extend its validity and pay for parking in the car park. You can park in any designated place, except for places with red barriers. No prior reservation is necessary.

If you do not want to use the parking lot at the facility, you can choose a parking space in Pogorzelica, the fee for such a space is paid at the parking machine.

Reception

We are available from 8:00 to 20:00 and we will be happy to help you before your arrival and during your stay. You will receive all information related to your stay, additional attractions in the facility and the surrounding area.

Towels and bathrobes

You will receive a pool towel free of charge at the reception. When you check in, you will receive a special card to exchange for pool towels. Such a towel is valid for the entire stay, when you check out, you return it to the reception. You can rent a bathrobe at the reception, the cost of renting is PLN 50 per stay / bathrobe.

Bicycles and bicycle storage

There are beautiful bicycle routes around the facility, if you want to go on a bicycle trip, you can rent a bike at the reception. For people who come with their own bikes, we have provided the possibility of storing bicycles.
