Booking conditions:

• reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In this case, the deposit paid will be refunded within 7 days of the cancellation request. In case of cancellation after this date or failure to appear at the property on the day of arrival, the property will charge the guest 50.00% of the value of the reservation. To guarantee the reservation, it is required to provide credit card details or make a deposit of 50.00% of the value of the reservation via the online payment system.
