• reservation can be canceled at no cost up to 14 days before arrival. In such a case, the prepayment made will be returned within 7 days from the notification of cancellation. In case of cancellation of the reservation after this period or no-show at the facility on the day of arrival, the facility will charge the guest 50.00% of the value of the reservation. To guarantee the reservation, it is necessary to provide credit card details or make a prepayment of 50.00% of the value of the reservation through the online payment system.
