• reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In this case, the paid deposit will be refunded within 7 days of the cancellation request. If the reservation is canceled after this period or if the guest does not appear at the facility on the day of arrival, the property will charge the guest 50.00% of the reservation value. To guarantee the reservation, it is required to provide credit card details or make a payment of 50.00% of the reservation value via online payment system.
